Prohibits employees or owners of smoke shops from allowing minors to enter the premises unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian

Defines "smoke shop" as an establishment where at least 50% of gross receipts come from retail sales of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or tobacco products

Creates a criminal offense for knowingly allowing unaccompanied minors to enter a smoke shop

Violation constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500

Takes effect September 1, 2025
