Prohibits labeling, selling, or offering for sale any honey product as "Texas honey," "product of Texas," "Texas blend," or "local honey" unless the honey comes entirely from apiaries located in Texas

Requires that at least 75 percent of the source nectar for honey using Texas-related labels must come from plants located in Texas

Mandates the Department of State Health Services to suspend a food manufacturer's license for a minimum of 90 days if the license holder violates these labeling requirements

Effective date is September 1, 2025
