Amends Section 1952.103(c) of the Texas Occupations Code to modify supervision requirements for code enforcement officers in training

Allows a code enforcement officer in training to work without supervision if their employer does not also employ a registered code enforcement officer

Maintains the general requirement that code enforcement officers in training must work under supervision of a registered code enforcement officer when one is available at the same employer

Takes effect immediately upon receiving two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
