Requires prosecuting attorneys to submit a report to the Texas Attorney General when they refuse to prosecute cases involving offenses under Penal Code Title 5 (offenses against the person), Title 6 (offenses against the family), or Chapter 29 (robbery) after receiving a sworn probable cause affidavit from a peace officer

Reports must include all information the prosecutor has about the alleged offense, a detailed explanation of the decision not to prosecute including evidentiary deficiencies, and the alleged offender's criminal history

Attorney General's office must post information about each refusal to prosecute on its public website at least once per month, including the county where the offense occurred and the type of offense alleged

Publicly posted information may not include personally identifying information of alleged offenders or victims
