Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to provide prosthetic devices through Medicaid to recipients who need them due to congenital absence, surgical revision, or traumatic amputation of an extremity, hip, or shoulder

Removes age restrictions for Medicaid recipients seeking prosthetic devices, making coverage available regardless of the recipient's age

Allows state agencies to delay implementation if federal waivers or authorizations are needed, requiring agencies to request such approvals before proceeding

Amends Section 32.024 of the Human Resources Code by adding new Subsection (ff-1)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
