Repeals Section 43.007(i) of the Texas Election Code, which governs participation requirements in the countywide polling place program

The countywide polling place program allows voters to cast ballots at any polling location within their county rather than being assigned to a specific precinct location

Takes effect immediately if approved by two-thirds vote of all members elected to each house of the legislature

If the two-thirds threshold is not met, the act takes effect September 1, 2025
