Increases average daily attendance (ADA) funding credit for adult high school charter program students enrolled 50-75% of the school year from half to three-quarters of instructional days

Increases ADA funding credit for students enrolled 25-50% of the school year from one-quarter to half of instructional days

Increases ADA funding credit for students enrolled 10-25% of the school year from one-tenth to one-quarter of instructional days

Amends Section 12.263(b) of the Education Code to provide higher funding multipliers across all partial-year enrollment tiers for adult education charter programs

Takes effect September 1, 2025; passed Senate 31-0 on April 28, 2025 and House 124-14 on May 9, 2025
