Establishes the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Advisory Board consisting of 9 voting members appointed by the presiding officer of the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation

Voting members include 3 representatives from EV supply equipment companies, 2 installers/servicers, 2 motor fuel retail industry representatives, 1 public utility representative, and 1 public member

Includes 2 ex officio nonvoting members representing the Texas Department of Transportation and the Texas Commission on Fire Protection

Advisory board will advise on standards for installation, maintenance, calibration, operation, testing, and inspection of EV supply equipment, as well as other issues affecting EV charging stations

Board members serve 6-year terms, with the board set to be abolished on December 1, 2030; initial appointments must be made by December 1, 2025
