Requires the Texas Workforce Commission, in consultation with the Texas Veterans Commission, to create and distribute a veterans benefits and services poster to all employers with at least 50 employees

The poster must include information on how employees can apply for unemployment benefits, contact the Texas Veterans Commission, access the veterans crisis hotline, obtain tax benefits for veterans, and get a driver's license or ID

The poster must also provide information about available veteran services including education and workforce training programs, legal assistance, and substance abuse and mental health treatment

Employers with 50 or more employees must display the poster in a conspicuous, accessible location in the workplace

The Texas Workforce Commission must create and distribute the poster by December 1, 2025, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
