Groundwater conservation district management plans must now include the most recently approved desired future conditions and the corresponding amount of modeled available groundwater

Districts are required to amend their management plans within two years of adopting new desired future conditions

When a petition challenging the reasonableness of a desired future condition is pending, the executive administrator may still consider a management plan administratively complete if it includes the required information plus a statement on the petition's status

The administrative completeness provision for pending petitions remains in effect until either the district issues a final order or, if the condition is found unreasonable, a new desired future condition is adopted
