Renders void and unenforceable any nondisclosure, confidentiality, employment, settlement, or other agreement provisions that prohibit reporting child sexual abuse to law enforcement or state/federal regulatory agencies

Prohibits enforcement of agreement provisions that prevent disclosure of facts surrounding child sexual abuse, including the alleged offender's identity, during investigations, prosecutions, legal proceedings, or dispute resolution

Defines "act of sexual abuse" to include indecency with a child, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, sexual performance by a child, trafficking of persons for sexual purposes, and compelling prostitution

Defines "child" as a person younger than 17 years of age

Applies retroactively to agreements entered into before, on, or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
