Requires online ticket sellers to display the total cost of tickets, including all ancillary fees (service charges, surcharges), in a clear and conspicuous manner before a purchaser selects a ticket

Prohibits ticket sellers from increasing the total purchase price after a buyer selects a ticket, except for optional non-electronic delivery fees disclosed before final purchase

Bans displaying ancillary fees more prominently or in the same/larger font than the total ticket price, and prohibits false or misleading fee disclosures

Maintains existing prohibitions on using automated bots to purchase tickets beyond posted limits, circumvent electronic queues or security measures, or use multiple IP addresses/accounts to exceed purchase limits

Civil penalties of up to $10,000 per violation for bot-related offenses and up to $100,000 for violating court orders; effective September 1, 2025
