Amends Texas Education Code Section 48.005 to provide full average daily attendance (ADA) funding for full-day prekindergarten programs, rather than the previous half-day funding calculation

Half-day prekindergarten programs will continue to receive one-half of the average daily attendance funding

Districts and charter schools operating half-day prekindergarten programs must provide at least 32,400 minutes of instructional time to receive the half ADA funding

Effectively doubles state funding for school districts and charter schools that operate full-day prekindergarten programs under Section 29.153(c)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
