Designates and formally recognizes the Lipan Apache Tribe of Texas as a Native American Indian Tribe exercising substantial governmental powers and duties

Makes the tribe eligible for all programs, services, authorizations, and benefits provided to state-recognized Native American Indian Tribes by the United States, Texas, or any other state

Includes eligibility for marketing and sales authorizations based on tribe members' status as Native American Indians

Adds a new Chapter 3102 (State Recognition) to the Government Code under the title covering state symbols and honors

Takes effect September 1, 2025
