Designates May 24 as "Victims of the Uvalde Shooting Day" in Texas to honor the children and teachers killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde on May 24, 2022

Names all 21 victims in the statute: 19 students and 2 teachers, including Irma Linda Garcia and Eva Mireles

Requires the day to be regularly observed with appropriate ceremonies and activities

Amends Subchapter C, Chapter 662 of the Government Code by adding Section 662.088

Takes effect immediately with a two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
