Requires the Texas Education Agency to assign unique campus identification numbers to each alternative special education setting for data collection, reporting, and compliance monitoring purposes

Directs the state's comprehensive special education monitoring system to specifically track district compliance with these requirements and analyze data on discrepancies between students in alternative versus general education settings, effective beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
