Requires the State Preservation Board to install at least one adult changing station in the Texas Capitol in a restroom or changing facility accessible to the general public

Each adult changing station must provide a private space for users and include an adjustable height table

Mandates the board post conspicuous signage with clear language indicating the location of each restroom or facility containing an adult changing station

State Preservation Board must establish the changing station as soon as practicable after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
