Adds new exceptions to Texas abortion prohibitions allowing the procedure when a physician determines it is necessary to prevent future infertility or when the pregnancy is not viable

Creates an exception for pregnancies resulting from sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, or prohibited sexual conduct (incest)

Exempts abortions performed under these new exceptions from the state's fetal heartbeat detection requirements under Sections 171.203 and 171.204 of the Health and Safety Code

Repeals Chapter 6-1/2, Title 71 of the Revised Statutes, which contains Texas's pre-Roe criminal abortion statute

Takes effect September 1, 2025
