Prohibits deceptive advertising that implies an unlicensed entity is a provider of pregnancy-related health care services, and requires advertisements for these centers to include a disclaimer stating they do not provide abortions or birth control

Mandates centers display prominent signage (minimum 8.5x11 inches, 48-point font) at entrances disclosing they do not provide abortions or contraception, with additional notice required if not a licensed facility

Violations constitute a Class A misdemeanor and carry civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation, with penalties collectible daily for continuing violations by the attorney general or local prosecutors
