Establishes minimum standards for pregnancy resource centers, defined as organizations providing pregnancy counseling that do not perform abortions, do not provide comprehensive birth control services, and are not licensed to provide medical care

Requires the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission to prescribe minimum standards that protect patient health and safety, equivalent to requirements for ambulatory surgical centers under Section 243.010

Mandates that pregnancy resource centers have at least one licensed obstetrician or gynecologist present when providing services to patients

Subjects pregnancy resource centers and health care practitioners who violate the standards to disciplinary action by the appropriate state regulatory agency

Requires rules to be adopted by January 1, 2026, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
