Creates the School Violence Victims' Compensation Fund to provide cash payments to victims of gun-related incidents at Texas public schools occurring since January 1, 2018

Establishes compensation amounts: $1,000,000 for families of deceased victims, $500,000 for seriously physically injured victims, $100,000 for victims with mental or emotional disabilities, and $50,000 for physically injured victims

Eligible claimants include victims, their dependents, immediate family members (related within second degree), household members, and legal guardians

Requires the Comptroller to process applications within 60 days, with payments made in a lump sum after verifying application information

Compensation is cumulative with all other legal remedies, benefits, or compensation the victim may receive
