Allows guardians to deposit cash or securities with the court registry (in addition to financial institutions) as an alternative to providing bond sureties, with a specified form for the deposit receipt

Expands court authority to order expenditures from a ward's estate for the support of the ward's minor children and incapacitated adult children, in addition to the ward's spouse

Updates guardianship transfer procedures to require a certified index of transferred documents, copies of all orders (not just final orders), and use of the state's electronic filing system for transfers between counties
