Restructures the Comal County Juvenile Board from seven specifically named judicial positions to six members with more flexible appointment authority

Replaces individual county court at law judges with the local administrative statutory county court judge, who may appoint one additional elected judicial officer from Comal County

Replaces judges from the 22nd, 207th, 433rd, and 274th District Courts with the local administrative district judge, who may appoint two elected judicial officers from Comal County

Retains the county judge and criminal district attorney of Comal County as permanent board members

Takes effect September 1, 2025
