Adds the judge of the County Court at Law of Moore County as a member of the Moore County Juvenile Board, alongside the existing county judge

Reduces the number of commissioners court-appointed members from six persons to between three and five members

Changes appointed member terms from staggered two-year terms (with half expiring each year) to two-year terms all expiring on December 31 of even-numbered years

Allows the Moore County Commissioners Court to extend an appointed member's term by up to two additional years

Removes applicability of Sections 152.0007 and 152.0008 of the Human Resources Code to the Moore County Juvenile Board

Takes effect September 1, 2025
