Allows landlords found liable for accessibility feature failures to provide alternative housing accommodations at no cost to the tenant until repairs are completed or the lease term ends

Clarifies that the law does not require landlords to provide alternative housing accommodations or relocation assistance to any tenant

Applies only to leases entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
