Expands mandatory restitution for trafficking of persons and prostitution-related offenses to include the cost of removing tattoos that victims received as a result of force, fraud, or coercion related to the offense

Removes the previous age restriction limiting restitution to victims younger than 18 years old, extending eligibility to adult victims as well

Establishes a compensation cap of $3,000 for tattoo removal expenses for trafficking victims through the state's crime victim compensation program

Adds tattoo removal to the statutory definition of "pecuniary loss" eligible for victim compensation under the Code of Criminal Procedure

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025, the effective date of the act
