Requires ticket sellers to display the total ticket price (including all fees except taxes and optional shipping) from the first price listing through the entire purchasing process, with no price increases allowed after initial display

Prohibits primary ticket sellers from restricting purchasers' ability to resell tickets on any secondary marketplace of their choosing, and bans minimum or maximum resale price requirements

Mandates that primary ticket sellers deliver event tickets within 7 days of purchase and prohibits sanctioning or discriminating against buyers for reselling, gifting, or purchasing resold tickets

Requires secondary market sellers to have actual or constructive possession of tickets before selling or advertising them, with specific disclosure requirements for ticket procurement services

Applies only to events held at Texas venues with seating or attendance capacity exceeding 200 people, and takes effect October 1, 2025
