Authorizes child-care facilities to voluntarily provide notice of the percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in accordance with state immunization requirements

Amends Section 42.043 of the Human Resources Code by adding a new Subsection (g) to establish this permissive disclosure provision

Does not mandate disclosure of immunization rates, only permits facilities to share this information if they choose

Effective date is September 1, 2025
