Expands confidentiality protections for personal information collected by local governments and joint airport boards from only parking facility data to all airport facility usage data

Adds new categories of protected information including: profile names associated with purchases or online/in-person activity, travel dates and flight information, dates/times/amounts of any purchases made, and airport lounge memberships and trusted traveler information

Exempts this expanded personal identifying information from public disclosure requirements under the Texas Public Information Act (Chapter 552, Government Code)

Applies to joint boards governing airports whose constituent agencies are populous home-rule municipalities, in addition to local governments

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to public information requests received on or after that date
