Requires voter registration applications to include the full previous address (including city and county) where the applicant formerly resided, rather than just the city and county

Mandates that when an applicant's previous residence was outside Texas, the voter registrar must document the applicant's full legal name, date of birth, current address, and previous address

Requires voter registrars to compile data on out-of-state applicants monthly and submit it to the Secretary of State, including identifying information such as social security number, driver's license number, and voter unique identifier (if provided)

Directs the Secretary of State to notify voter registrars in other states on a monthly basis that voters who moved to Texas may be removed from their previous jurisdiction's voter registration list

Takes effect September 1, 2025; passed the Senate 31-0 and the House 133-0
