Modifies the commercial sign prohibition zone along U.S. Highway 77 by changing the northern boundary from State Highway 44 to State Highway 285

Extends the restricted area where commercial signs cannot be erected adjacent to and visible from U.S. Highway 77, as the new boundary (State Highway 285) is located further north than the previous boundary (State Highway 44)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
