Reenacts provisions requiring 50% of fees collected from oversize/overweight vehicle permits under Section 623.0171 to be deposited into the state highway fund, with the remaining 50% distributed to counties designated in permit applications

Reenacts provisions requiring 50% of fees collected from permits under Section 623.322 to be deposited into the state highway fund, with the remaining 50% divided equally among counties designated in permit applications

Rededicates money to the state highway fund that was originally dedicated by H.B. 2741 from the 83rd Legislature (2013), notwithstanding the sunset provisions in H.B. 6 from that same session

Takes effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds vote of all members elected to each house, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
