Allows owners of manufactured homes classified as personal property to designate beneficiaries who will receive the home upon the owner's death, similar to transfer-on-death designations for vehicles and real property

Beneficiary designations are revocable and can be changed at any time without beneficiary consent; a will cannot revoke or supersede a beneficiary designation regardless of when the will is made

For jointly owned manufactured homes with right of survivorship, all joint owners must make the beneficiary designation together, and only the last surviving owner can unilaterally change or revoke it

Designated beneficiaries must submit an application for statement of ownership within 365 days of the owner's death; failure to do so voids the beneficiary designation

Beneficiaries receive the manufactured home subject to all existing encumbrances, liens, and creditor claims; the transfer does not affect creditors' rights to pursue debt collection
