Mandates death certificates include a space for biological sex (male or female) as determined at the decedent's birth, and prohibits amending this information to differ from biological sex at birth

Requires driver's licenses, personal identification certificates, commercial driver's licenses, and commercial learner's permits to display the holder's biological sex as male or female as determined at birth

Applies to identification documents issued or renewed on or after September 1, 2025, with the Health and Human Services Commission required to adopt implementing rules
