Increases the maximum amount in controversy for statutory county courts' civil jurisdiction from $250,000 to $325,000, expanding concurrent jurisdiction with district courts for civil cases between $500 and $325,000

Raises the threshold requiring 12-member juries in statutory county court civil cases from $250,000 to $325,000 in controversy

Updates the threshold for when district clerks serve as clerk of county courts at law in civil cases from $250,000 to $325,000

Requires the Texas Supreme Court to adopt rules promoting efficient resolution of civil actions in county courts at law where the amount in controversy does not exceed $325,000 (increased from $250,000)

Applies only to civil cases filed on or after September 1, 2025; cases filed before that date remain governed by prior law
