Requires the Health and Human Services Commission, in consultation with the Department of Information Resources, to develop and maintain a mobile-friendly webpage on Texas.gov providing pregnancy-related resources and information

Webpage must include resources for mental health counseling, prenatal/postpartum services, financial assistance, housing, legal services, adoption and foster care options, abortion pill reversal, and crisis pregnancy centers

Must provide information about alternatives to abortion, abortion risks and complications, child development from conception, safe haven laws, and state programs including Healthy Texas Women and Thriving Texas Families

Webpage must feature an interactive questionnaire that tailors information to users' responses, including abortion risks at all stages of gestation, plus a search tool to find resources by zip code or county

Authorizes (but does not require) the commission to develop a mobile application with the same resources and features; effective date is September 1, 2025
