Complex rehabilitation technology equipment includes specialized medical devices such as customized wheelchairs and seating systems for individuals with significant disabilities

Allows state agencies to delay implementation if federal waiver or authorization is needed, requiring agencies to request such approval before proceeding

Takes effect September 1, 2025
