Removes four Capitol view corridors from the statutory definition: the South-Bound Lanes of Interstate Highway 35 Upper Deck Corridor, the Robert Mueller Airport Corridor, the Martin Luther King Boulevard at IH-35 Corridor, and the Oakwood Cemetery Corridor

Increases the maximum allowable height for Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and related improvements from 666 feet to 670 feet above sea level

Creates a new exception for the north end of the stadium, which is not subject to the 670-foot height limit

Renumbers the remaining Capitol view corridors from 30 to 26 total protected viewsheds

Takes effect September 1, 2025
