Directs the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System to conduct a study on effective case management practices and procedures for courts handling guardianship proceedings

Requires the Office to use study findings to establish standardized case management practices for courts hearing guardianship cases

Mandates the report evaluate costs of adopting an electronic case management system, whether its use should be mandatory or permissive, what data fields should be included, and implementation barriers for different court types (statutory probate courts, constitutional county courts, statutory county courts, and district courts)

Report must include legislative recommendations for implementing effective case management practices in guardianship proceedings

Report due to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house, and relevant legislative committees by September 1, 2027, with the provision expiring January 1, 2028
