Adds nurses (as defined by Section 301.002, Occupations Code) to the list of individuals eligible to have their home address information kept confidential in property tax appraisal records

Adds physicians (as defined by Section 151.002, Occupations Code) to the list of individuals eligible for home address confidentiality protections in property tax appraisal records

Reenacts and consolidates Section 25.025(a) of the Tax Code, which was previously amended by multiple bills during the 88th Legislature in 2023

The existing law already covers numerous categories including peace officers, judges, prosecutors, victims of family violence/stalking/trafficking, firefighters, EMS personnel, and various government employees in criminal justice roles

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
