Creates the Anesthesiologist Assistant Licensing Act requiring persons practicing as anesthesiologist assistants in Texas to hold a state license beginning September 1, 2026

Establishes the Texas Anesthesiologist Assistant Board as a 5-member advisory board to the Texas Medical Board, consisting of 2 anesthesiologist assistants, 2 anesthesiologists, and 1 public member appointed to staggered 6-year terms

Requires license applicants to complete a graduate-level training program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, pass a certifying examination within one year of program completion, and maintain current national certification

Mandates that anesthesiologist assistants work only under supervision of an anesthesiologist who is physically present in the facility and able to respond to medical emergencies

Authorizes the Medical Board to impose administrative penalties for violations and requires the board to adopt rules, procedures, and fees by June 1, 2026
