Allows nonprofit wildlife conservation associations (including local chapters, affiliates, wildlife cooperatives, and units) to sell raffle tickets through their organization's website to previously identified supporters

Creates an exception to the existing prohibition on statewide raffle ticket sales for these qualified nonprofit wildlife conservation organizations

Prohibits using the website to display graphics or dynamic animations of raffle entries or the drawing of raffle tickets

Maintains existing restrictions preventing organizations from using paid mass media advertising (TV, radio, newspaper) to promote raffles

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise September 1, 2025
