Extends financial oversight requirements currently applicable to open-enrollment charter schools to campus or campus program charter schools granted charters under Education Code Subchapter C

Requires campus charter schools to comply with audit requirements under Section 12.1163 and submit financial reports under Section 12.1168

Applies related party transaction requirements under Section 12.1166 to campus charter school operators

Prohibits campus charter schools from accepting loans from or entering contracts with certain management companies under Section 12.124, and bars contracts with specific management companies under Section 12.126

Establishes requirements for management services contracts under Section 12.125 for campus charter schools

Takes effect September 1, 2025
