Expands existing law to include pedestrian collisions in the category of incidents where railroad locomotive or train operators' driver's license information cannot be included in collision reports or recorded on their driving record

Requires personally identifying information of railroad locomotive or train crew members to be redacted from collision or violation reports

Limits disclosure of crew members' personal information to specific parties: law enforcement officers, state attorneys, the railroad company (track owner or employer), regulatory agencies with railroad oversight, persons authorized by court order, and legal counsel representing injured parties

Legal counsel for injured parties may obtain the redacted information by submitting a letter requesting it

Takes effect September 1, 2025
