Regulatory authorities are prohibited from requiring applicants to waive their right to third-party review or to obtain additional regulatory authority approval for documents or inspections already approved by a third-party reviewer

Third-party reviewers must conduct work in accordance with all applicable laws as if acting as the regulatory authority and notify the regulatory authority of results within 15 days of completion
