Designates the portion of Farm-to-Market Road 969 in Travis County between Decker Lane and U.S. Highway 183 as the Senior Police Officer Lewis "Andy" Traylor Memorial Highway

The memorial designation is in addition to any other existing designations for the roadway

Requires the Texas Department of Transportation to design, construct, and erect markers indicating the memorial highway designation at each end and at appropriate intermediate locations

Marker installation is subject to existing requirements under Section 225.021(c) of the Transportation Code

Takes effect September 1, 2025
