Allows victims to use confidential identity (pseudonym) in court proceedings, with courts required to protect identifying information throughout the case including appeals

Exempts interactive computer service providers, telecommunications services, and FCC-licensed radio/television stations from liability for content provided by others; takes effect September 1, 2025
