Defines "tiny home" as a moveable trailer with a home affixed to a single chassis, not wider than 14 feet, with total area not exceeding 500 square feet, designed for one household

Specifies that tiny homes are distinct from recreational vehicles, park model trailers, and manufactured homes, and may not be titled as vehicles with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles

Defines "tiny home community" as property rented for placement of two or more tiny homes that is subject to property tax and metered by a utility company directly to tiny home owners

Excludes tiny homes from the Transportation Code definition of "recreational vehicle," which includes travel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers, and motor homes
