Amends Section 20A.02 of the Penal Code to eliminate defenses for trafficking offenses involving children or disabled individuals forced into prostitution

Specifies that defendants cannot use as a defense that the trafficked child or disabled individual lacked the mental state to engage in prostitution

Specifies that defendants cannot use as a defense that the trafficked child or disabled individual did not complete the act of prostitution

Applies the same defense limitations to continuous trafficking of persons offenses under Section 20A.03

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
