Expands notice options for self-service storage facility lien sales, allowing lessors to advertise sales through publication, posting, or any "commercially reasonable manner" instead of requiring newspaper publication in two consecutive weeks

Permits publication of sale notices on publicly accessible websites that regularly advertise or conduct personal property auctions as an alternative to newspaper publication

Defines "commercially reasonable manner" as notice that results in at least three independent bidders registering for, viewing, or attending the sale, whether in-person or online

Establishes waiting periods before sale: 15 days after publication, 10 days after posting, or 10 days after notice given in a commercially reasonable manner

Applies only to self-service storage facility rental agreements entered into, extended, or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
